Experience Required: Minimum 8 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA teams across projects
- Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies
- Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle
- Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery
Technical Environment:
JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, API Testing, Agile/Scrum
Profile:
- Proven leadership in QA team management
- Expertise in testing methodologies and quality frameworks
- Strong focus on software quality, process improvement, and automation
- Excellent communication skills and agile mindset
