🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and coordinate QA efforts for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
✔️ Define test strategies and ensure full test coverage
✔️ Perform regression, exploratory and functional testing
✔️ Track and manage defects using JIRA/TestRail
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams
🧪 Tech Environment:
ServiceNow, JIRA, TestRail, SQL, API Testing, Agile/Scrum, Web-based platforms
